        LAS\AVERAGE [/NOMATCH]

    Average all the spectra of the current index using the current weighting
    function (see SET WEIGHT) and alignment mode (see SET ALIGN). The  homo-
    geneity  of  calibration  is  checked  according to SET CALIBRATION. Bad
    channels are handled according to SET BAD.  A sum may be interrupted  by
    <^C>, but the results is then undefined.

    The  position  coincidence of consecutive spectra will not be checked if
    option /NOMATCH is present. Else, this check relies on the  current  SET
    [NO]MATCH status. See SET MATCH to build an index with a given position-
    ing tolerance.
