DRAW LOWER

         ANALYSE\DRAW LOWER value "text" [angle]

    Draws a vertical line with label "text" (written vertically by  default,
    or with orientation 'angle' in degree) at abscissa 'value' in lower axis
    unit. The line length is adjusted to approach closely the spectrum value
    at the corresponding abscissa.
