NOISE
ANALYSE\NOISE [S [NEW]]
Generates and draws a spectrum with only gaussian noise of rms S, to be
compared with actual receiver noise.
S defaults to the rms computed in the BASE section of the current spec-
trum. If this section is absent, it is computed from Tsys, resolution
and integration time in the GENERAL section. If one of these values is
null (e.g. spectrum was generated by the command MODEL), an error is
raised.
If the argument NEW is present, the spectrum is not plotted but the R
buffer is copied in T, and the generated noise put into the R buffer.
