SET ERRORS

    Controls the way the error bars for phase plots in time mode are comput-
    ed.
      - with NOISE the errors are computed according to the system noise on-
        ly; this is the default.
      -  with  ATMOSPHERE  the  rms phase fluctuations as measured when com-
        pressing the data, are included in the error bars.
