    Prepare a UV Table, in spectral line mode only, but with added flexibil-
    ity to store more information compared with the TABLE  command.   Polar-
    ization is handled in 3 possible ways, the default being AVERAGE.

    Option  /POLARIZATION  and  /ADD control the details of the polarization
    handling and of the extra information written.
