MODIFY DELAY 

        CLIC\MODIFY DELAY a1 d1  [a2 d2 ...] [/OFFSET]

    Modify the delay for  antenna  a1  to  be d1 (nanoseconds), and   recom-
    pute the  phases  accordingly.

    Use  option  /OFFSET to enter delay changes with respect to the previous
    values.
