        UV_SHIFT

    This task changes the phase tracking center of a UV table, by applying a
    phase shift on the data. The coordinate system can also be rotated using
    the  variable ANGLE$. Rotation is easier to apply in UV tables since ro-
    tation and Fourier transform commute: only the U and V coordinates  have
    to be rotated.
