UV_CIRCLE 

        UV_CIRCLE

    Compute  the  azimuthal  average of the visibilities around the UV plane
    center. The output UV table gives visibilities  as  a  function  of  the
    sqrt(U^2+V^2).  If no input visibility is found inside an averaging cir-
    cle, then this radius is skipped in the output table.
